About the Role

Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex projects? A leading organization in the manufacturing, industrial, and power & energy sectors is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join its team.

In this role, you will oversee construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $50 million, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. Working closely with superintendents, you will manage all aspects of project execution to drive smooth operations and successful outcomes. What You’ll Do

• Prioritize safe work planning and collaborate with site safety leaders to identify and mitigate hazards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead regular coordination and reporting meetings
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance
• Ensure consistent and effective communication across clients, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, profitability, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor agreements
• Coordinate and lead weekly subcontractor meetings
• Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate subcontracts and change orders
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects aligned with plans
• Oversee project closeout, ensuring timely and high-quality completion and handover

What You’ll Bring

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts
• Self-motivated leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development
• Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage all aspects of a project, including technical, safety, scheduling, cost, and financial performance
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista
• Experience in the automotive sector is preferred
• Experience in heavy civil construction is a plus

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management required
• 7 years of experience in heavy industrial project management
