Job Overview

Core Responsibilities
Clinical & Assessment
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized ABA programs.
- Track client progress using data-driven metrics; update treatment protocols accordingly.
- Administer standardized outcome measures for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Supervision & Collaboration
- Staff: Supervise, mentor, and provide 1:1 clinical feedback to BTs and RBTs.
- Families: Conduct parent education and training to generalize skills at home.
- Multidisciplinary: Coordinate with caregivers, doctors, and specialists ("whole child" approach).
Job Requirements
- Credentials: Active BCBA certification eligibility for Maryland state licensure.
- Health & Safety: Pass a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam; meet MMR/VZV immunity requirements (costs covered by ALP).
- Skills: Strong clinical communication, crisis management, and team collaboration.
