Position Responsibilities Clinical Excellence

• Perform comprehensive dermatological exams and assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for a wide range of skin conditions.
• Conduct dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, laser therapy, and other treatments.

Patient Engagement

• Build strong, trusting patient relationships through clear communication and empathy.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions thoroughly.

Collaborative Care

• Partner closely with supervising dermatologists and other clinical team members.
• Participate in case reviews, clinical discussions, and ongoing skill development.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and safety standards.

Continuous Learning & Education

• Stay current on dermatology advancements through CME, conferences, and workshops.
• Contribute to the culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Quality & Safety

• Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and infection control practices.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold clinical excellence.

Patient Advocacy
