We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in inpatient units. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inpatient and outpatient settings or emergency medicine. They should be comfortable managing varying levels of acuity across multiple patient care plans and thrive in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct primary health care in inpatient, outpatient, or emergency settings in collaboration with physicians
- Conduct comprehensive or episodic health assessments and develop patient care plans
- Take patient histories, perform physical examinations, and document findings
- Screen patients for hospital admission, make referrals, and write progress notes
- Prepare patient workups and summaries noting pertinent findings
- Obtain psychosocial histories and build therapeutic relationships with patients
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department or Critical Care experience
- Proficiency in oral intubation and central line placement
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program; certified by ANCC or AANP
- Licensed to practice medicine without restrictions in Illinois
- Current NP license in Illinois
- Current DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
License/Certification
- Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
Salary : $56 - $66
