We are seeking a full-time BCBA to join a collaborative clinical team in a hybrid role (3 days in-center, 2 days remote; local candidates required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Implement and monitor therapy programs with accurate data collection
- Provide supervision, consultation, and training for staff and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
- Prepare clinical documentation, reports, and insurance requirements
