We’re looking for a hands-on Regional Operations Manager to run operations across the Modesto–Central Valley market—owning service delivery, leading and developing Service Managers and field teams, and ensuring client commitments are met every day. This is a true operational leadership role with responsibility for KPI performance, safety, staffing, proposals/special projects, and oversight of fleet and facilities. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold Service Managers and field staff accountable to ensure client expectations and service standards are consistently met.
- Drive performance management, including ongoing feedback, skill development, and written action plans to correct underperformance.
- Maintain a regular field presence—conduct site visits, customer walks, and property inspections to verify quality and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure teams achieve monthly KPI targets (e.g., service tickets, proposals, inspections, and other performance measures).
- Support new account onboardings and help develop/execute maintenance plans; follow up to confirm service commitments are being met.
- Manage and oversee tag work/special projects, including scheduling through the company portal and creating client proposals when needed.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for client concerns—provide timely communication, project updates, and identification of property liabilities.
- Respond to emergencies on client properties by coordinating solutions and directing technicians/resources within scope.
- Oversee timekeeping processes for field staff (time portal accuracy, leave requests, HR/Payroll questions) and step in as needed when coverage is limited.
- Promote continuous improvement: implement operational procedures (with executive approval), improve workflows, and lead monthly safety/operations meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven leadership experience; building maintenance experience preferred.
- Technical background preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives, staff, and clients.
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common business tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications; comfortable using email, Teams chat, and mobile/portal tools.
- Flexible schedule with availability to support operational needs after standard business hours when required.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Dependable attendance and consistent follow-through on assignments.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
