City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Day Porter to join our expanding team in Fairfield, CA 94534/Vacaville, CA 95688!
-PART time Schedule (20-26 hours per week) -
- Monday - Friday AND Sunday:
- Mon: 7AM–10AM ( 2nd/4th Mon: 10:30am–12:45pm)
- Tue: 7AM–11:30am
- Wed: 7AM–9:30am ( 2nd/4th Wed: 9:45am–12:15pm)
- Thu: 7AM–10AM
- Fri: 7AM–11:30am
- Sat: OFF
- Sun: 7AM–10AM
- 20 miles total per week in personal vehicle. Must possess a valid California driver’s license AND maintain valid auto insurance.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license
- Must maintain valid auto insurance
- Must have reliable transport to work
- Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties
- Physically capable of performing all job duties including ability to push/ carry supplies
- Ability to work independently; self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill customer requests.
Responsibilities:
- This schedule is all outdoor janitorial work***
- Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
- Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
- Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
- Windowsill cleaning
- De-webbing of building and doorways
- Assisting in light maintenance work
- Sanitizing
- Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
- Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
- Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.90 - $18.90 per hour
