Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, trusted relationships through responsive, professional service.
- Conduct property walkthroughs and inspections to identify maintenance needs, service opportunities, or liability concerns.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate service agreements, and identify opportunities to expand recurring and additional services.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure clear communication, smooth operations, and high-quality service delivery.
- Support performance goals by managing inspections, proposals, service tickets, and other key metrics.
- Use company systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile tools to communicate, document, and report efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management. ]
- Proven sales experience and the ability to recommend tailored solutions based on customer building maintenance needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
- Excellent leadership, time management, organization, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfort using mobile devices for day-to-day work.
- Associate degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Clean driving record required; DMV motor vehicle record check will be performed.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
