Business Development Representative

City Wide Property Services is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive that growth in Fremont, CA 94539!

Responsibilities:

• Sell company services to current and potential clients
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
• Follow up and develop new leads and referrals resulting from field research and activity
• Secure appointments and opportunities with potential clients to promote City Wide Property Services’ offerings, and enhance business development efforts
• Prepare presentations and proposals for current and potential customers
• Meet and maintain monthly KPI’s and Sales Quotas
• Keep current with sales materials, potential client pool, and current product knowledge
• Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
• Manage account services through quality assurance checks and client communication
• Work effectively with internal office staff, including collaboration with the A/R Department to follow up on collection of payment, as needed
• Participate in professional organizations and marketing events
• Other duties as assigned by management

Pay:

• Salary plus commission

Qualifications:

• At least two years of Business-to-Business sales experience
• Previous experience with commercial real estate and its associated operations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and utilizing sales-related tracking platforms
• Exceptional communication skills, including facilitating client-facing presentations (in-person and through video conferencing)
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing demands
• Highly professional and dependable
• Clean Driving Record (5 years clearance is required)
• Associates Degree or higher preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,304.00 - $73,000.00 per year (PLUS COMMISSION)
