Company Description Enterprises rely on Echelon to run their critical enterprise systems, from ServiceNow to SAP. Echelon's AI Agents automate end-to-end tasks, from research and discovery to development, testing, and maintenance.
Major enterprises including United Healthcare, Optum, Hubspot, ASICS, Fox, & more rely on Echelon to run their critical systems, accelerating internal teams, reducing dependence on consultants, & improving execution quality & standards across their instances.
In just 12 months, the team has grown to 15 people, 7 figures in revenue, and raised millions in funding from top tier VCs.
Role Description You will be our founding BDR, working directly with the founders, growth lead, founding AE, & delivery team to source & execute major enterprise logos. Your focus will span all industries, from healthcare to automotive manufacturing to CPG, and across the world - our pipeline already includes North America, Europe, South America, & Asia.
The goal is simple. Build the strongest pipeline of leads & nurture them through to being growing customers, as quickly as possible.
To achieve this, you'll be given access to all the tools:
- Our founders regularly get stuck in with outbound, cold calling, & lead gen
- Our founders' LinkedIn gets incredible reach over the ServiceNow ecosystem
- At conferences, our booths are often packed with live, 1-1 customer demos
- Our webinars & online events regularly see 100 people in attendance
- Our events regularly are oversubscribed for attendance

Qualifications
The below are all great to have, but honestly, we're looking for someone hard working, willing to learn, & who's not afraid to pick up the phone or stop someone at a show, and have a conversation.
- Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation, including outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and managing inbound inquiries.
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to qualify opportunities, build pipelines, and support closing activities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Demonstrated interest in or exposure to SaaS, AI, or enterprise software; experience with ServiceNow or ITSM is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA, in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and experimentation.
