- Enforcing city codes, airport rules, and regulations.
- Performing security checks.
- Issuing notices of violations.
- Performing landscape maintenance.
- Responding to alerts and emergencies.
- Overseeing contracted service providers.
- Complying with and enforcing FAA rules and regulations.
- Providing maintenance or repair of buildings and airfield facilities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Familiar with Federal Aviation Administration rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Pay Range: $20.51 to $36.84 per hour.
Hiring Range: $20.51 to $24.93 per hour.

- Pay range is the entire compensation range for the position classification.

Minimum Qualifications
- One year of airport experience that provides the knowledge and skills needed to perform the essential functions of this job classification.
- OR One year of skilled experience in building maintenance and repair work.
- Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
- Working irregular hours, second and/or third shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings may be required.

- Experience writing reports.
- Experience with airport operations and/or security.
- Experience providing excellent customer service.
- Experience providing skilled maintenance at a civilian or military airport.
- Experience working with aircraft, fueling, or operating heavy equipment.
