- Distribute literature to customers
- Review pictures of service lines that customers have uploaded to the service line portal
- Prepare spreadsheets using excel
- Enter customer homes and collect data on the water service line, entering data on a tablet/laptop and taking a picture of the service line.
- Assist Bureau of Water staff with administrative duties, answer phone calls, make appointments with customers
- High school graduate
- Knowledge of Excel, preferred
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and propose innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
