About the Role:
In this role, you will manage and monitor daily fiscal and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with policies and funding requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and tracking fiscal transactions (payments, reporting, reconciliations)
- Monitoring workforce development board and career center activities
- Managing equipment inventory and procurement processes
- Tracking leases, contracts, and financial documentation
- Reviewing and interpreting policies for compliance
- Monitoring fiscal and administrative performance outcomes
- Supporting audits and reporting requirements

Qualifications
What You Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 4–6 years of related government accounting experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in policy review and interpretation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Accounting or related field
- Experience with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) or other federal funding streams
