Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Training Coordinator whose top priority is ensuring all team members operate in full compliance with both Brightspeed and J&A Solutions standards.
This role is critical to maintaining operational integrity, minimizing risk, and supporting the success of our sales team through structured onboarding, training, and ongoing compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management
- Ensure all sales agents meet and maintain full compliance with Brightspeed and J&A Solutions requirements
- Verify all required permits and licenses are obtained before agents begin working in assigned territories
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records for all team members
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and resolve any gaps immediately
Onboarding & Training
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive New Hire Handbook outlining expectations, policies, and procedures
- Oversee onboarding to ensure all new hires:
- Complete required Brightspeed training (including Attensei)
- Watch and understand all internal training materials
- Receive required uniforms (shirt) and identification badges
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience that sets clear expectations from day one.
- Track and enforce participation in J&A University, requiring a minimum of 2 hours per week per team member
- Provide weekly reporting on training activity, completion rates, and engagement levels
- Identify underperforming agents in training and implement corrective action plans
Sales Oversight & Auditing
- Conduct periodic sales audits to ensure:
- Agents are working assigned leads properly
- Sales practices align with company and Brightspeed standards
- Flag inconsistencies, compliance risks, or performance issues to leadership
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve accountability and performance, Reporting & Communication
- Provide weekly compliance and training reports to leadership
- Maintain clear communication with sales agents regarding requirements and updates
- Act as the point of contact for all compliance-related questions and issues
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to enforce standards consistently
- Experience in compliance, training, sales operations, or management (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple team members and track performance metrics
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset
