J&A Solutions is actively hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our rapidly growing Fiber Internet Sales Team. We partner with Brightspeed to deliver high-speed fiber internet to underserved communities across North Carolina—and we’re expanding fast.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate new customers
• Educate residents on Brightspeed Fiber Internet services
• Present pricing, promotions, and service benefits
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
• Track daily activity and performance goals
• Represent J&A Solutions with integrity and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking with new people daily
• A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
• The ability to drive to assigned territories up to 30-45 minutes
• Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

Sales, customer service, marketing, or canvassing experience is a plus—but not required.
