Pre-School / Youth Sports Coordinator Summer Seasonal | 20–25 hours per week (PODS up to 40 hours) | Morning and/or evening shifts, Monday–Friday

What You'll Do
You'll lead and supervise Pre-School and Youth Sports programs while supporting staff, engaging participants, and ensuring safe, fun, and well-organized activities throughout the summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily youth sports and recreation programs across assigned sites
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff while assigning tasks and ensuring policies are followed
- Plan activities, review lesson plans, and ensure programs align with set themes
- Track attendance, collect evaluations, and submit weekly summaries and reports
- Maintain safety, discipline, and proper use of equipment and supplies
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of 2–3 seasonal staff members
- Oversight of all children participating in assigned programs
What You Bring | Education & Experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- One or more years of college preferred in education, recreation, sports management, or a related field
- Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and availability through program completion
Preferred Certifications
- None required
- Training provided, including safety, child protection, and program-specific instruction
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to plan, document, and manage daily activities and attendance
- Comfort enforcing policies, dress code, and safety procedures
- Ability to work outdoors and in active environments
