* Receive and respond to emergency calls, prioritizing situations and dispatching emergency services as needed
* Maintain accurate records of emergency calls, incidents, and responses
* Collaborate with law enforcement, fire department, and emergency medical services to ensure effective response and communication
* Provide critical support to emergency responders, including providing information and resources as needed
* Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 3-6 months of experience in a related field, such as public safety, emergency services, or customer service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Working Conditions
* Work is performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
* May be required to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
