🧭 Position OverviewThe Program Analyst supports the execution of data-focused projects under the direction of the Program Manager. You will analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights that drive facility planning and operational decisions.
This role also contributes to long-range planning by transforming space and operational requirements into actionable project roadmaps.
🎯 Key Responsibilities📊 Data Analysis & Reporting- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and strategic insights
- Develop charts, dashboards, and visual presentations to support decision-making
- Perform database research (including VA systems) to support patient projections and planning
- Build and maintain data models, reports, and analytical tools
- Translate space and facility requirements into actionable project plans (short- and long-term)
- Support 15-year planning initiatives for facility growth and optimization
- Assist with site surveys to assess space utilization, function, and ownership across campus
- Support planning and execution of space moves due to construction, renovations, or operational needs
- Attend Space Management Team (SMT) meetings and working groups with hospital services
- Collaborate with Informatics and cross-functional teams to gather and validate data
- Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership and non-technical audiences
- Develop training materials, organizational charts, and visual aids to support program initiatives
- Review assessments and recommendations for compliance with federal regulations and standards
- Support program documentation, reporting, and project tracking
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in planning and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of experience in data analytics
- 1 year of experience in project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with:
- SQL, R, or SAS
- Data modeling, data mining, and database management
- Statistical analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel) and data visualization
- Familiarity with:
- GIS tools such as ArcGIS (preferred)
- Design tools such as AutoCAD or Bluebeam (a plus)
- Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communicator who can present technical information to diverse audiences
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare environment
