What is in it for you?

We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Consultant with 8 years of overall IT experience, including strong expertise in application performance monitoring (APM), observability, and Dynatrace platform implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance of enterprise applications.

Roles and Responsibilities –

• Design, deploy, and manage Dynatrace monitoring solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• Configure OneAgent, ActiveGate, Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, and Infrastructure Monitoring.
• Analyze application performance issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA) with actionable insights.
• Implement and manage custom dashboards, alerts, and reports for stakeholders.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and ITSM tools.
• Monitor application health across microservices, APIs, containers (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure performance optimization.
• Support automation and scripting (Python/Shell/API usage) for monitoring enhancements.
• Provide recommendations for performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring strategies.
• Stay updated with latest Dynatrace features and best practices.

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• 8 years of IT experience, with 3 years of hands-on Dynatrace experience.
• Strong knowledge of APM, observability, and application performance tuning.
• Experience with Dynatrace components: OneAgent deployment & configuration, ActiveGate setup
• Dashboards, problem detection, and alert configuration
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of microservices architecture, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, etc.).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
