What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Veeva BA/PO position at CitiusTech?
We are seeking experienced Product Owners and Business Analysts to support initiatives within the Life Sciences Cloud ecosystem, including Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva, and related platforms.
These roles will partner closely with product leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive delivery across patient services, HCP engagement, and commercial capabilities. Candidates should bring strong domain understanding, adaptability across platforms, and the ability to quickly ramp in environments where direct Life Sciences Cloud experience may be supplemented with adjacent expertise.
Requirments
- 10 years (BA) / 10 years (PO) experience in business analysis or product ownership.
- Strong experience with Salesforce platforms, including:
Salesforce Health Cloud
Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault Or comparable Life Sciences / CRM solutions - Exposure to Life Sciences Cloud concepts or adjacent platforms within pharma.
- Strong understanding of:
Patient services or patient engagement
HCP engagement and CRM workflows
Commercial or field operations - Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across distributed teams and time zones.
