Ecommerce Solutions Specialist

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Solutions Specialist to help drive and optimize a high-end direct-to-consumer shopping experience. This role blends hands-on Shopify Plus work with cross-functional collaboration and ownership of the day-to-day performance of the ecommerce platform.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own and optimize the Shopify Plus platform, including product pages, checkout, and site performance
- Partner with marketing, merchandising, creative, and operations to turn business needs into site improvements
- Manage and support integrations (payments, inventory, marketing tools, analytics)
- Coordinate with external developers and agencies on enhancements and updates
- Troubleshoot issues, QA new features, and ensure a smooth customer experience across desktop and mobile
- Monitor site speed, conversion, and overall performance to continuously improve results
Qualifications of the ideal candidate
- 3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital commerce roles
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ecommerce integrations
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and external developers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Background in retail, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus
