Key Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols inside the store and around the immediate exterior
- Maintain a visible presence to discourage theft and disruptive behavior
- Assist customers with basic questions or directions when needed
- Work with store personnel to support safety and daily operations
- Observe activity and respond to concerns in a calm, professional manner
- Address minor disturbances following site procedures
- Document incidents and daily activity in written reports
- Share updates with supervisors and store management as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
- Basic observation and report-writing ability
- Background in security, retail, or customer service
- Familiarity with loss prevention practices
- Experience handling conflict in a professional setting
- Retail setting with regular interaction with customers and staff
- Combination of indoor and outdoor patrol duties
- Extended periods of standing and walking
- Evening hours requiring steady awareness and responsiveness
