Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible overnight presence throughout assigned areas of the property
- Conduct scheduled patrols to identify safety concerns, suspicious activity, or operational issues
- Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding grounds during the shift
- Assist with transport coordination or site-related operational tasks when requested
- Communicate incidents, concerns, or updates to supervisors and designated contacts
- Prepare accurate reports, activity logs, and incident documentation before the end of each shift
- Operate company vehicles safely when assigned to patrol or transport-related responsibilities
- Follow site-specific procedures, emergency protocols, and company expectations always
- Support a safe and orderly environment for staff, vendors, and authorized visitors
- Respond appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or unexpected situations as they arise
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
- Comfortable working overnight 12-hour shifts on a regular schedule
- Ability to remain alert and focused during extended periods of independent work
- Strong verbal communication and basic report-writing skills
- Dependable attendance and professional conduct required
- Previous experience in security, mobile patrol, transportation support, or related work
- Customer service or public interaction experience in professional settings
- Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in active or unexpected situations
