- Perform regular patrols of exterior areas and facility grounds
- Maintain a visible presence to help support safety and order
- Observe site activity and report concerns or policy violations
- Interact professionally with patients, staff, and visitors
- Assist with de-escalation situations in accordance with site guidelines
- Respond to incidents calmly and follow proper procedures
- Complete daily logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details
- Communicate updates with supervisors, dispatch, and site leadership
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass background and drug screening as required
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
