Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible presence at assigned posts
- Assist individuals entering, exiting, or moving through the property
- Conduct routine patrols and stay aware of surroundings
- Identify and report safety concerns, unusual activity, or policy violations
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, dispatch, or site contacts
- Complete daily logs and incident reports with accurate details
- Operate company vehicles when required, following safety guidelines
- Follow post orders and company procedures during each shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work consistent 12-hour day shifts
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Reliable attendance and professional conduct
- Previous experience in security or a similar role
- Familiarity with report writing or basic documentation
- Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
- Combination of indoor and outdoor duties
- May involve standing, walking, and occasional driving
- Daytime schedule requiring steady focus throughout the shift
