Key Responsibilities
- Train new and current officers on daily duties and site expectations
- Walk through post orders, procedures, and company standards in real-time
- Visit assigned locations to check performance and overall site conditions
- Provide direct feedback and coaching based on observations
- Identify areas where additional training or support is needed
- Assist with onboarding and field orientation for new hires
- Keep supervisors and management informed on progress and concerns
- Active Guard Card required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Availability to work overnight shifts consistently
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide others
- Prior experience in security
- Previous experience in training, lead, or supervisory role
- Armed certification or prior armed experience
- Familiarity with report writing and site procedures
- Field-based role with regular travel between sites
- Hands-on training and direct interaction with officers
- Overnight schedule with active involvement throughout the shift
