Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled patrols using a company or approved vehicle
- Check buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points at each stop
- Respond to alarms, service calls, or on-site concerns
- Follow site instructions and company post orders
- Look for unusual activity, hazards, or property damage
- Maintain clear and accurate patrol logs and incident reports
- Provide a visible presence to help discourage unauthorized activity
- Valid driver’s license required
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- At least 2 years of mobile patrol or related experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts across multiple locations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
