Key Responsibilities
- Provide armed coverage at a variety of client locations
- Conduct foot patrols across assigned indoor and outdoor areas
- Monitor entry points and confirm authorized access
- Maintain visibility to help prevent theft, trespassing, or disruptions
- Observe surroundings and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Respond to incidents in line with post orders and site procedures
- Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately
- Stay in contact with supervisors, dispatch, or site contacts as needed
- No fixed schedule as the shifts assigned are based on operational demand
- Work locations may change regularly
- Flexibility is required for evenings, overnights, and weekends
- Assignments may include different property types and environments
- Must meet Colorado requirements for armed security roles
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Denver Guard Card
- Legally permitted to carry a firearm while on duty
- Strong awareness, judgment, and decision-making ability
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
- $23.50 per hour
