- Function as a member of the senior management team, setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses
- Collaborate with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial budgets
- Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc., at the site level
- Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies
- Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives
