- HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas like turnover, engagement, and recruitment.
- Talent Management: Leading efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.
- Organizational Development: Work with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and provide solutions to improve structure, processes, and workforce effectiveness.
- Training & Development: Supporting, designing, and implementing T&D and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Employment Policy Development: In close collaboration with senior leadership, lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of employment policies and procedures to ensure compliance, promote best practices, and support organizational goals.
- Compensation & Benefits: Along with Management utilize technologies to uncover the best options for our organization and employees while keeping costs and expense to a minimum.
- People Leadership: Provide effective leadership by inspiring, developing, and managing the Human Resources Team.
