This position is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy across its distribution channels, including aftermarket, wholesale, and key distributor accounts. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing, and serve as the primary liaison with distributor partners to ensure alignment on sales goals and customer needs.

- Develop and execute distribution sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and expand market coverage through new partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to support promotions, product availability, and service levels.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and rebate programs while monitoring sales performance and market trends.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for the distribution channel; represent the company at key industry events.
