About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Engineer to support employee-facing technical services across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with business teams and IT groups to resolve technical issues, enhance system performance, and improve overall user experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you will be doing:
- Provide technical support for end-user technology through ticketing systems and communication tools.
- Research, install, implement, and upgrade internal systems and SaaS platforms.
- Support office technology including conference rooms, printers, and digital signage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives to improve security, efficiency, and user experience.
- Create and maintain internal documentation and user-facing support resources.
About You
You are a solutions-oriented IT professional with strong technical expertise and a customer-focused mindset. You excel in troubleshooting complex issues, communicating clearly, and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
- Experience supporting Windows, Ubuntu, Chrome OS, and macOS in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with virtualization tools such as VMware, Parallels, or VirtualBox.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Google Workspace.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including VPN, DHCP, and DNS.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices.
- Experience with ticketing and documentation tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.
- Experience with Active Directory account administration.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Single Sign-On solutions (Azure, Okta, Ping, etc.).
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Jamf, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.
