About Opportunity
NEPCG is seeking a Client Service Associate - Retirement Services to support the onboarding of new clients and servicing retirement department operations of existing clients. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, possess a keen sense of prioritization and organization, and thrive in a high-paced entrepreneurial organization. Industry experience is preferred but not required.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer support to participants and plan sponsors regarding 401k plan inquiries, contributions, distributions, and other related matters.
- Assist with the setup and management of 401k plans for clients, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
- Handle participant requests related to plan enrollment, changes, and account updates.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and provide solutions to clients.
- Maintain and update participant records accurately in the system.
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- Prior experience in retirement plan administration or customer service, preferably with 401 (k) plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time on-site
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000
· Bonus potential: Discretionary, based on individual and firm performance.
