The Opportunity
$55K base uncapped commission | $85K–$110K realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings)

What You'll Do
Own the candidate relationship from first call through offer acceptance:
- Run phone screens and qualification calls with technical professionals
- Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback
- Support offer negotiations and close placements
- Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–4 years in sales/customer-facing roles or recent graduate with demonstrated drive
- Comfortable spending significant time on the phone

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
