Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech) — Hybrid (Austin, TX)
Q2 is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us land amazing talent across engineering, product, and other technical roles. This is for a recruiter who can partner tightly with hiring leaders, and run clean full-cycle processes—without losing the candidate experience along the way.
What you’ll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles
- Build sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, events, networks) and keep pipelines warm
- Partner with hiring managers on intakes, calibration, interviews, and offers
- Bring market insight (talent trends, comp, competition) to drive better decisions
- Improve recruiting workflows so hiring gets faster and better
What we’re looking for
- 8 years recruiting experience (tech/product preferred)
- Proven ability to manage 15–20 searches with strong stakeholder communication
- Excellent organization and relationship-building skills
- Agency and In-house experience
Preferred: University / campus recruiting experience; Workday familiarity
