MUST DO
- Support the Campus Operations Manager in coordinating details and logistics for Tulsa Church ministries and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively anticipate Tulsa Church needs by reviewing upcoming events and ministry initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support for administrative functions including, but not limited to, calendar management, responding to emails, high-level priorities, organizing meetings, budgeting, purchasing & coding, and other related duties.
- Organize, execute, and manage a wide variety of projects as directed by the Operations Manager and Executive Pastor, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Provide administrative support for discipleship-focused ministries such as Daughters and Brotherhood, helping coordinate logistics, communication, registrations, and event details.
- Assist Campus Operations Manager with communications through Rock, social media posts, registrations, and other online platforms.
- Manage and monitor operating budgets for designated events and ministry activities, ensuring good stewardship and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Care Coordinator and Care Team to assign, track, and reconcile, care-related requests as needed.
- Serve as a champion for Rock-related functions, including training, data entry, registrations, scheduling, connection requests, etc.

WORK SCHEDULE
· 40 hrs/week - Monday-Friday (seasonal schedule changes may apply)
