Chula Seafood is opening in Downtown Phoenix at the Arizona Center, and we’re building our opening kitchen team. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something special from day one.

What You’ll Do:
- Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- Work all stations as needed (grill, fry, cold, prep)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support prep and daily kitchen setup/breakdown
- Communicate clearly with team members during service
- Show up ready to work and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
- 1 year of kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team-first mindset and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
