- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized dish area at all times
- Support the kitchen team with trash, recycling, and general cleaning
- Assist with basic prep tasks as needed
- Keep up with the pace of a high-volume kitchen
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first attitude — always willing to jump in where needed
- Attention to cleanliness and organization
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- No experience required — we’ll train the right person
