What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Chula Seafood?
Now Hiring: Server / “Fish-Tender” | Chula Seafood Uptown
📍 100 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix – Uptown Plaza
🏆 Voted Best Seafood Restaurant in Arizona 2025 by Yelp
Are you a passionate hospitality pro with a love for seafood, great vibes, and fast-paced service? Chula Seafood Uptown is fishing for energetic, food-loving Fish-Tenders to join our crew and help create an exceptional guest experience every shift.
🐟 About The Role
At Chula, we do things a little differently. We’re a high-end, counter-style, quick-service restaurant and fish market. Guests order from the menu or our fresh fish case, then grab a seat while we bring the flavor. As a Fish-Tender, you’ll run the show from register to food running, while maintaining excellent flow, warm energy, and clean execution.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and wants to grow with a company that’s doing seafood right.
💥 What We Offer
We’re a family-owned and operated seafood brand born right here in Arizona. Since 2015, we’ve grown to multiple locations, built a loyal following, and operated our own processing facility in Point Loma, CA to ensure the freshest fish hits our menus.
We’ve been featured by Forbes, The Food Network, James Beard Foundation, and were voted Best Seafood Restaurant in Arizona by Yelp in 2025. Our mission is to serve the highest-quality, responsibly sourced seafood—prepared with care and delivered with hospitality.
Ready to Make Waves?
If you’re looking for a role with room to grow, an amazing crew, and more fresh fish than you’ll know what to do with—we’d love to sea you.
