Chula Seafood is opening in Downtown Phoenix at the Arizona Center, and we’re building our opening Front of House team.
We call our servers Fish Tenders — because you’re not just taking orders, you’re guiding the guest experience, sharing product knowledge, and bringing the Chula vibe to life.
We’re looking for energetic, personable team members who love people, move with purpose, and know how to create a great experience from the moment a guest walks in.

Founded in 2015 with roots in our family-owned fishing vessel in San Diego, Chula Seafood has grown into a leader in premium, sustainable seafood in Arizona. We operate a fish market, restaurant, and wholesale business — bringing top-tier seafood straight from the source to our guests.

- Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
- Take orders, run food, and support service flow
- Educate guests on our menu, seafood, and daily features
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room and service area
- Work as a team with FOH BOH to deliver a seamless experience
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Be a key part of the overall guest experience — every interaction matters
- Positive attitude and strong people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team-first mindset — no egos, just good energy
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn (seafood knowledge is a plus, not required)
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Experience in hospitality or serving preferred, but not required
