Blackstone Country Club, located in Peoria, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As a Steward, you play an essential role in supporting our culinary and service teams and helping us maintain the high standards our members and guests expect. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment and understands the importance of teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and assigned work areas.
• Assist the culinary team with maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen throughout each shift.
• Properly handle and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and other designated areas as needed.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries when requested.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing equipment properly and safely.
• Ensure clean dishes, glassware, and equipment are consistently available to support service.
• Communicate with culinary and Food & Beverage team members regarding supplies, equipment, or other needs.
• Assist with additional cleaning and side work as assigned.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude when interacting with members, guests, and fellow employees.
