- Provide quality housekeeping services to residents.
- Clean resident apartments and common areas, based on the guidelines and schedule determined by the Housekeeping Supervisors.
- Be helpful and polite to residents, be understanding of their needs and respect their privacy, personal property and confidentiality.
- Keep areas of responsibility clean, neat, and organized.
- Cooperate and be polite to all staff, residents, and visitors.
- Experience with general cleaning products and procedures preferred. Prior experience in hotel or office settings a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals written in English.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Able to work in various weather elements.
- Work well unsupervised.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Hard worker.
