We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Waitstaff to join our team. - Greet and assist residents in a courteous and professional manner during meal times.
- Serve meals to residents according to dietary guidelines and special requests.
- Set tables, clear dishes, and ensure the dining room is clean and organized.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents' rooms when needed.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate meal orders and requests are met.
- Ensure that dining areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Respond to resident requests and special needs with a helpful and friendly attitude.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure safe meal service.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the dining services department.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Must possess a Food Handler’s Card or obtain within 30 days from hire.
- A passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift, carry, and serve food trays as required.
- A friendly, caring, and respectful attitude towards residents, employees and visitors.
