This is commission-based. That means no ceiling.
You’ll also have access to revenue share, health benefits, growth share, vesting, and long-term wealth opportunities — but only if you show up and execute.
Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program to build a strong foundation for success
- Partner with sales agents to guide clients through home tours and the buying process
- Hold open houses to generate leads, create buyer opportunities, and build brand visibility
- Provide written feedback after showings to help refine buyer criteria and accelerate decision-making
- Prepare and negotiate offers in collaboration with the lead agent and client
- Lead generate for a minimum of 10 hours per week to build pipeline and future opportunities
- Participate in weekly script practice and skill-building sessions per team standards
- Attend all required team meetings, trainings, and activities to stay aligned and accountable
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and PLACE Partner Calls
- Maintain full visibility into daily tasks and client progress using PLACE Technology
