Primary Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success
- Work closely alongside sales agents to help clients discover their ideal homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to assist clients in refining their home search preferences
- Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Allocate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as directed by the team
- Participate actively in team events and uphold strong teamwork values
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, continuous training, and Partner Calls
- Keep accurate and thorough records of all activities using PLACE Technology

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid real estate license
Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 USD annually
This position is commission-based.
