We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead our rehab team as the Director of Rehabilitation in the South Sioux City, Nebraska area.

- Lead and support a skilled therapy team

Qualifications
- Physical Therapy degree or graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Nebraska PT or PTA license or eligibility
- Previous DOR or leadership experience preferred or a strong interest in leadership
- Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
