We are seeking a Full Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to lead our rehab team as the Director of Rehabilitation in the Columbia, Missouri area.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a skilled therapy team
• Manage daily rehab operations and staffing
• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Coordinate with therapists, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain excellence in care delivery, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and facility partners

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Missouri COTA license or eligibility
• Previous DOR or leadership experience preferred, or a strong interest in leadership
• Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
