What You’ll Do
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Document patient progress and communicate updates with the therapy team
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care
- Develop leadership skills with the opportunity to transition into a Director of Rehabilitation role

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Missouri PTA license or eligibility
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Interest in growing into a Director of Rehabilitation role
