We are seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to lead our rehab team as the Director of Rehabilitation in the Park Hills, Missouri area, supporting a dynamic therapy program that includes skilled nursing, short term rehabilitation, and outpatient services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a skilled therapy team
• Manage daily rehab operations and staffing
• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
• Support skilled nursing, short term rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy services
• Maintain excellence in care delivery and compliance
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, patients, and facility partners

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Occupational Therapist license or eligibility
• Previous DOR or leadership experience preferred or strong interest in leadership
• Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
