This isn't a role for a bystander. We need a high-stamina leader who commands respect through their work ethic, takes immediate ownership of challenges, and holds their team to the highest possible standards.
THE MISSION

: Monitor workflows in real-time. You are expected to proactively adjust equipment and labor to eliminate waste and maximize throughput.
: Manage labor budgets and production documentation with zero margin for error. In our world, if it isn't documented correctly, it didn't happen.
: Enforce hygiene and safety protocols with zero compromise. You lead by example, never cutting corners.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a specific "Type A" personality: disciplined, observant, and resilient.
: At least 2 years of experience leading teams in a high-pressure manufacturing environment (Food industry experience is a major asset).

: You understand that production doesn't stop at 5:00 PM. You have the flexibility to work Saturdays and stay until the mission is accomplished.
: A valid driver's license and the ability to communicate clearly and assertively across all levels of the organization.
