Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY, for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include building strong talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple open positions simultaneously
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment-related technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships and conducting candidate outreach
- Familiarity with compliance and best practices in hiring
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in recruitment within healthcare, education, or related fields is a plus
